How creator matching works

From a plain-language brief to a shortlist you can defend, in five steps.

Campaign brief

Examples on this page use fictional demo data and a simplified rule-based scorer, so you can see how every point is earned. Get started

Explainable matching

A score you can explain to a client

Write a brief and get ranked creators. Each one comes with the criteria behind its score, so you can show exactly why they made the list.

  • Every point traces back to a criterion from your brief
  • The weights shift with your goal, such as engagement or reach
  • This example uses a simple rule-based scorer on fictional data, so every point can be checked

Example brief

Launch a fragrance-free skincare range for sensitive skin, with honest routine content.

The scoring model

Eight dimensions. One score you can defend.

Every creator is scored on the same eight dimensions, each with its own weight and its own evidence. The scoring is deterministic: AI explains the evidence afterwards, it never picks the creators.

  • Content relevance25%

How closely the creator’s recent content matches the brief.

  • Niche relevance20%

Whether their niche is the one the campaign is about.

  • Geographic relevance15%

Country and market fit, labelled verified, estimated or unknown.

  • Engagement quality15%

Likes and comments relative to audience size.

  • Campaign objective fit10%

Whether the creator suits the goal: awareness, conversion, reviews.

  • Follower range fit5%

Audience size inside the range the brief asks for.

  • Content activity5%

    How regularly they publish.

  • Platform fit5%

Whether they are strong on the platform the campaign needs.

Built on evidence

Evidence and data transparency

Every score, metric and label tells you where it came from, so you can defend a pick to a client.

  • Scores you can trace

A match score is built from named criteria. You can see how many points each one earned and how many it could have earned.

  • Evidence behind every match

Each criterion comes with a plain-language reason, such as which niche matched or which target a creator missed.

  • Know how fresh it is

The Data status page shows when creators were last updated and how much of the daily YouTube search quota is left.

  • Unavailable stays unavailable

When something can’t be measured, such as follower authenticity without connected data, it is shown as unavailable and never guessed.

Not on this site. The previews on this site use a fictional dataset, and every metric is labelled Sample or Estimated. In the NovaReach Bridge app, creator data comes from official YouTube and Instagram sources, with no scraping.

In the NovaReach Bridge app, an AI step reads your brief and turns it into structured requirements before creators are scored. The scoring examples on this site use a simpler, rule-based scorer on fictional data, so you can see exactly how every point is earned.

Sample is an illustrative value. Estimated is calculated from other sample values. Unavailable needs connected platform data. Verified is reserved for metrics from a connected account, and none appear in the demo.

No. The demo does not assess follower authenticity and never labels a creator as fake. It shows the indicator as Unavailable rather than guessing.

The photos are stock images from Pexels. They do not show the people named, because every creator in the demo is fictional.

YouTube and Instagram. TikTok is not available yet, so it is shown as unavailable rather than filled with sample data.
